In order to optimize the legal business environment in Shanghai and create a "Baoshan sample" for commercial mediation, the Pan Asia International Commercial Mediation Center in Baoshan District, Shanghai, was unveiled and established in April. The mediation center aims to gather and cultivate a team of commercial mediators with international perspectives and knowledge of international economic and trade rules, in order to maximize support and convenience for parties to choose mediation methods, resolve commercial disputes in a friendly manner, maintain fairness and justice, optimize the business environment, and promote social harmony.
The mediation center recently announced the first batch of 262 mediators, among whom Lawyer Yuan Xinzhong, director of Shanghai Lingyun Yongran Law Firm, was selected.
